Greetings
We are the Intermountain Foundation, formerly the JAKT Foundation, a vibrant nonprofit based in Washington that champions cultural connection through food, spirits, and music. Founded in 2015, this organization sparks community spirit by hosting educational and charitable events that bring people together to celebrate local tastes, traditions, and talents.

Our Fall Celebration Fundraiser allows us to offer scholarships to our local chef talents. Supporting them through their culinary or hospitality education.

Our Programs
Crave! is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest.
The 3-day food festival, will be July 13-16, 2023 and held at the west lawn at CenterPlace, Spokane Valley.
The event is chef focused and showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest
Crave TV gives you a front‑row seat to the people, places, and flavor makers of the Inland Northwest.
Every Friday, June 3 through September 16, 4-8PM at CenterPlace parking lot near the Discovery Playground.
With nearly 50 vendors the market will offers opportunities for building healthy bodies and celebrate Spokane Valley’s farming heritage.
CRAVE! NW remains one of Washington’s largest culinary events, spotlighting visionary chefs and tastemakers from across the region and celebrating the distinctive flavors of the Northwest.
CRAVE! NW, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, annually returns to Spokane Valley in July, Billings, Montana follows in August, and Lynnwood, Washington taking place in September as the event continues to expand.
Crave TV brings viewers inside the Northwest’s most exciting kitchens as host Chandler Baird teams up with Chef Adam Hegsted and a rotating lineup of culinary guests.
Together, they explore standout regional restaurants, share the stories behind the chefs, and break down their favorite recipes. Each dish is inspired by the flavors of the Inland Northwest, celebrating local ingredients, creative techniques, and the vibrant food culture of the region.
