Categories
Vendor Types
The Spokane Valley Farmers Market features four main vendor categories. Review the descriptions below to find where your business fits.
Local Farmers
Growers and ranchers who produce their own fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or other farm products. Must be grown or raised within 150 miles.
Local Producers
Businesses that create value-added food products such as baked goods, preserves, sauces, coffee, candy, or other prepared items. Must hold required food licenses.
Food Trucks
Mobile food vendors serving prepared meals, snacks, and beverages. Must hold all required permits and health department certifications for mobile food service.
Artisans
Crafters and artists who handmake their products including jewelry, woodwork, pottery, soap, candles, textiles, art, and other handcrafted goods.

Booth & Equipment Fees
All vendors receive one 10×10 booth space with one table and two chairs included. Additional equipment is available.

Expectations
Market Rules & Guidelines
Vendors must arrive by 3:00 PM for setup; market opens at 4:00 PM
All products must be approved by the Market Manager prior to selling
Vendors are responsible for their own state and local permits and licenses
Food vendors must comply with all health department regulations
Each vendor is assigned a specific booth location by the Market Manager
Vendors must supply their own tents, signage, and display materials
Music and amplified sound must be approved by the Market Manager
Vendors must keep their booth area clean and dispose of waste properly
Subletting or sharing booth space is not permitted without approval
Market reserves the right to refuse or dismiss vendors who do not comply
